1. HOW OFTEN DO YOU SERVICE THE DISPLAYS?

The plants are dusted, watered and checked for any pest infestation every three weeks. All displays are installed using Mona sub-irrigation, a high tech European Watering system, which requires topping up only every third week or so. See our services page for more details.
 
 

2. WHAT HAPPENS IF A PLANT DIES?

If a plant dies before our next scheduled visit, just call the office and someone will be there the next working day to attend or replace it free of charge.
 
 

3. HOW ARE WE INVOICED?

Invoices/Statements are sent out on the 20th of each month and may be paid by cheque, money order or EFT monthly or quarterly in advance.
 
 

4. IF WE SHIFT, AMALGAMATE OR DECIDE TO CUT COSTS, CAN WE CANCEL YOUR SERVICE?

Yes. You may cancel at any time at a date convenient to you. Of course, we like to retain our clients year in, year out - our record is 28 years!
 
 

5. CAN WE PURCHASE THE PLANTERS LATER?

You can buy the planters at any time. You may also purchase planters and complete plant displays for your home.
