Indoor Gardens

Service Details

Indoor Gardens operates on a sales and service basis. You will receive an initial invoice calculated from date of installation. Thereafter invoices are generated monthly in advance for the service of the displays.

SERVICING

Servicing is carried out regularly by fully trained staff that will ensure your displays remain in excellent condition all year round. They will be maintained every three weeks and any plants that fall below standard are replaced at no additional cost to you. Periodic quality inspections are carried out as a normal part of our high standard of service to our valued customers.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The prices quoted are subjected to our normal terms of business;

1. Monthly fees are payable monthly in advance
2. Indoor Gardens Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge late fees or interest on overdue payments. Accounts not paid in full within 60 days of invoice will incur an account keeping fee of $10.00 and interest of 1.25% on balance. Thereafter, interest will accrue daily on their balance at a rate of 1.5% per month until full payment of invoice.
3. Any expenses, costs or disbursements incurred by Indoor Gardens in recovering or attempting to recover any outstanding monies including debt collection agency fees and solicitor’s costs shall be paid by the customer.
4. Either party may cancel this agreement AFTER an initial term of 12 MONTHS by giving thirty days CALENDAR notice.
5. Initial Installation & Complete Removal fees will apply
